She is also the Dean of Faculty of Life Sciences at Banasthali Vidyapith where she has spent over two decades.

She is a member of several committees of Government and trade associations for innovation, entrepreneurship, and incubation, and a member on the boards of several incubators. She has mentored more than 220 startups, 1000+ innovators and entrepreneurs, who have collectively raised nearly USD800 mn. of funds at a total valuation of over USD3.4 bn

Mr. Kurush Irani is the President – Group Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Bajaj Finserv Ltd. He is responsible for designing the overarching CSR strategy for the group, formulating goals, policies and programmes. He has been with the Bajaj Finance Ltd. since 2015. Dr. Kurush studied BE from the University of Mumbai and completed a Master of Management in Marketing from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He likes to travel and experience different cultures.

Mr. Rajiv has over 35 years of professional experience spanning corporate intrapreneurship, startup entrepreneurship, and grassroots volunteering. He held various CXO roles in leading corporations for over three decades, contributing to the creation, scaling, and turnaround of multiple business ventures in India and overseas. From 2020 to early 2025, Mr. Rajiv served as the Chief Operating Officer at GDC, IIT Madras, where he mentored more than 400 aspiring deep-tech startups. Since early 2025, Mr. Rajiv has transitioned into full-time academia and is pursuing a PhD in entrepreneurship at IIT Bombay. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

A successful Angel Investor for over 6 years, Shivangi is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in consulting, finance, and corporate investor relations. Her key areas of expertise include Growth Strategy and Fund-raise, Early-Stage Investments, Stakeholder Management and Corporate Relations. With proven expertise in building new products from ideation to launch, Shivangi is an inspirational leader, working across geographies for business excellence and managing goal-oriented teams to deliver astounding results powered by analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial flair.

Dr. Abhishek is CEO of Atal Incubation Centre at Banasthali Vidyapith. He has over 18 years of experience including 10 years in a senior management role in a top-rated bank in India. His wide experience in Working Capital Finance across sectors & geographies gives him in-depth understanding of different businesses. Abhishek mentors and is on advisory board of startups. He is also Head of Entrepreneurship Cell at Banasthali. He sits on Jury of various Government initiatives.

Prof. Dipjyoti is the Dean of R&D at Banasthali, he is a passionate teacher & academician with over 20 years of experience, having more than 50 Research publications in top journals, his research interests include plant microbe interactions, agricultural biotechnology and he is currently working to increase drought and salinity tolerance in crop legumes, especially pulses. He is a post-doc from IIT Kharagpur and heads department of Biosciences & Biotechnology at Banasthali.

Prof. Harsh Purohit is the Dean of Faculty of Management Studies & Faculty of Law at Banasthali Vidyapith and carries more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research and published over 80 research papers in International Journals of repute, guided over 60 PhDs, and received 8 awards for promotion of women’s education. His research areas are Personal Finance and Indian Ethos in Management. Prof. Purohit has recently conceptualized frameworks like ‘Holistic Electoral Competency Rating’, ‘Bharatiya Model of Financial and Digital Literacy’ and ‘Work-Life Natural Fusion’ which have potential to bring another revolution.
